WHEN TO WEAR: Monday (सोमवार)
HOW TO WEAR: First, dip the Rudraksha in regular water and then dip it in Panchamrit(पंचामृत: Milk, Curd, Honey, Ghee, Shakkar), then again wash it in regular water followed by Ganga Jal. Wipe it with soft cotton cloth and then apply Itra. Wear it in red thread. Dedicate it in the feet of Lord Hanuman to seek his blessing and chant one mala / 108 times of below Mantra. It is strung in red thread and covered in gold hat shaped conical covering and worn around neck.
