- TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS
Cancellation of Products
You can cancel orders for Products in either of the below ways.
i. Login with your credentials on the Platform to cancel an order you have placed by clicking on to My Orders section, once you are in the My Orders section, you have the option to cancel individual products in your order.
ii. However if an order has already been “picked up by the delivery executive, you will not be able to cancel the order directly. In such case, you may either reach to our customer support team on +91 952081999 or write to us at contactshivratankendra@gmail.com, or by using the ‘Chat with Us’ option wherein the customer support personnel will assist you with your cancellation.
iii. If the order is out for delivery, then you may opt to reject the order.
Return of the Products
i. Returns of the products are not allowing until the product received is wrong, defected or broken. These returns
will only be accepected once the video evidence of BOX OPENING/UNPACKING is presented.
ii. As soon as the return request is received, there will be a delivery partner assigned to pick-up the order and post
physical verification of the product, return claims will be finalized.
iii. Below are the checkpoints, our partners will go through to validate the return claims.
i(a). Product is matching the image as per the order placed, in case product isnt matching with the image on the
platform.
ii(b). Product is not used or found in damaged condition except the ones raised in the video.
iii(c). Product tag is already attached with the product and returned while handing it over to delivery partner.
iv. All the return claims will be passed through, only on the Quality parameters. in case of any other issues, the
products can only be exchanged.
REFUDN OF THE PRODUCTS
i. In case of order cancellation before delivery, the refund will be initiated only in case of Prepaid orders. If COD option has been opted, there won't be any refund.
ii. In case of returns, post the video and physical validation of the product, we shall initiate the refund in the mentioned account and once done the same will be communicated.
