WHEN TO WEAR: Monday/Wednesday (सोमवार या बुधवार)
HOW TO WEAR: A single bead must be worn in Red or Green Thread (लाल या हरा धागा) arround neck. Wash it in clean water first and then Ganga Jal, dedicate it in the feet of Lord Ganesh and wear it around neck. Chant 1 Mala / 108 times before wearing it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: For the best life & result of Rudraksha, please follow below instructions.
- Wash it either with shampoo or facewash atleast once a month, dry it with soft fresh towel and dip it in Itra (इत्र)
- Apply Itra atleast twice a week. (हफ्ते में दो बार)
- Dip it in Itra for 24 hours, atleast twice a year.
- Women should not wear it during menstruation cycle and wash it following above instructions before wearing it.
